The withdrawal process is divided into 3 stages:
- Metalpha complete the withdrawal review
- Metalpha makes the transfer on the blockchain immediately after completing the review.
- Wait for the blockchain to confirm.
Usually the withdrawal requests are completed within 24 hours. If a withdrawal request is not completed after 24 hours, please contact Metalpha Customer Service Team and we will assist you as soon as possible.
