When you receive the Google Authenticator code error, please follow the steps below:
- Make sure your Google Authenticator App's time is synced correctly.
- Open your Google Authenticator app → Click [•••] → Click [Settings] → Click [Time correction for codes] → Click [Sync Now].
- Clear the cache on Metalpha App.
- Re-login to Metalpha App.
If you have tried the above but the error code remains, please re-install your Google Authenticator.
